I understand that my child has to be at the Riverchase Galleria by 11am on Saturday July 16th, 2022. Clothing items to be worn will be distributed at that time.

I understand that a parent or guardian MUST stay with my child for the duration of the Fashion Show. The show begins at 1pm and should only last between 30-45 minutes.

I understand that I will be required to sign a photo release in person on the day of the Fashion Show prior to my child participating in the show. The photo release gives Alabama Family Connections Magazine permission to photograph my child during the show and use such photos for web ccntent, advertising, and promotions.
